Dr. Savio Sciancalepore has received the 2018 ERCIM STM Award for his PhD thesis:

“From security to localization: Advanced services for large scale IoT networks”.

Dr. Savio is currently working at the Cybersecurity Research and Innovation Lab (CRI-Lab) led by Dr. Roberto Di Pietro, after completing his PhD in 2017 under supervision of Prof. Gennaro Boggia at Politecnico di Bari, Bari-Italy. The award has been established to recognize young researchers working in the field of security and trust management.
